Worldwide Teilhard (ENG) - June 2026 - Science and Religion

Dear friends,
Agustín Udías Vallina SJ was a regular contributor to WorldWide Teilhard, to which he gave numerous articles over the years. A Jesuit and emeritus professor of Geophysics at the Complutense University of Madrid, he embodied like few others the union of scientific rigour and Teilhardian spirituality: he was, without doubt, one of the authors who best knew the figure, work and thought of Teilhard de Chardin, and an active member of the World Wide Friends of Teilhard. For all these reasons, World Wide Teilhard has the welcome duty of paying him this brief tribute and honoring his memory by distributing his article broadcast by Amerindia, a Latin American and Caribbean Christian Network.
